Tamasine Loves is a 23-year-old emerging writer from the Dandenong Ranges in Melbourne’s outer-east. Born into a book-loving family, Loves has grown up tagging along to writers’ festivals, workshops and interviews, and eavesdropping on the publisher meetings and writers’ groups of her author grandmother. Loves’s particular area of interest is self-publishing and how the advent of online platforms is influencing the traditional publishing landscape and experiences of the reader. She is a professional writing and editing major at Swinburne University and has worked as a freelance PR consultant and editor for online self-publishing indie authors for two years. Her novel, Remhurst Manor, written when she was 15, is being launched at MWF this year.
