Tamara Lowe is a writer living close to the water’s edge in Sydney, Australia. She is a passionate humanitarian with a curious gypsy spirit. Originally trained as a journalist, she went on to complete a degree in health science and worked as a classical homoeopath till the birth of her eldest son a decade ago.

In 2016, inspired by a life-long love for the game of cricket and driven to help relieve the spiral of poverty, Tamara founded the Caribbean Children’s Cricket Charity – www.cricketcharity.org – a not-for-profit dedicated to helping disadvantaged communities. She divides her time between writing and the cricket charity. Tamara is currently working on her first novel, a work of historical fiction inspired by her ancestral Jewish grandparents in the wake of their escape from Eastern Europe in 1939.
