Kitty Owens is a writer, artist, and museum curator whose work is concerned with history and memory. She has created publications and installations about local history for several Melbourne councils and the UNESCO Melbourne City of Literature Office. Kitty is a former Writer in Residence at Old Melbourne Gaol.
