Sandra Renew’scurrent project is on the interrogation of gender presentation and the LGBTIQAA gender discourses.

Her published poetry includes a range of critique and commentary on issues such war, guns, gender, refugees, and gay and lesbian politics through exploration of the themes of border crossings and inclusion.

Recently published Who Sleeps at Night(2017) and The Orlando Files (2018)by Ginninderra Press. Forthcoming Acting Like a GirlRecent Work Press (2019)

Sandra co-edits (with Moya Pacey) the on-line women’s poetry journal, Not Very Quiet  and organises monthly poetry readings for women poets at Smiths Alternative Café in Canberra.
